1. How long does it usually take to receive my order (for U.S. Shipping)?
Rally Goods have inventories stored in multiple warehouses across the United States, we partner with UPS, Fedex and USPS for domestic shipping. It usually takes 5- 10 business days to deliver your order, depending on our inventory level and balance across warehouses. If any order is expected to have delays, we will email customers to update their ETA (estimated time of arrival).
For orders placed by 1 PM PST, we usually ship the same day; however, if an order is received after 1 pm PST, we will ship it out the next business day.
2. What is your return policy for exchange or refund?
We offer a 30-day window for return, which can be for either refund or replacement. Returned merchandise needs to be in original sellable condition, if the return is in non-sellable condition, a restock fee of 15% (or $5, whichever is greater) will apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Is it safe to use my credit card or PayPal account for purchase on this website?
Rally Goods is a trusted American company registered and physically located in the Seattle area of Washington. We use SSL certificates to encrypt your transactional data for communication with our secured server and databases, it is absolutely impossible for any middle man to intercept/steal the encrypted data. And Rally Goods do not store your credit card or PayPal information, we use it only once for completing your transaction only. This rules out the possibility of credit card information being stolen, which happened to Target customers in 2014.
