We offer world-wide shipping unless otherwise indicated on our product page.

1. USA (50 states) Shipments

Rally Goods have inventories stored in multiple warehouses across the United States and many countries in Europe, and Australia, we partner with UPS, Fedex and USPS for US domestic and international shipping. It usually takes 5 - 10 business days to deliver orders within the U.S. Shipping to other countries usually takes 5 - 20 days. If your order is expected to have delays, we will email you for updated ETA (estimated time of arrival).

For orders placed by 1 PM PST, we usually ship the same day; however, if an order is received after 1 pm PST, we will ship it out the next business day.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted in the first 30 days after the order is delivered. Returned item shall be in original sellable condition for full refund; however, if the return is in non-sellable condition, a restocking fee of %15 (or $5, whichever is greater) will apply.

To start a return, please email our customer service Support@RallyGoods.com with your order number in the subject.

Customer is responsible for return shipping if the return is for non-defective reasons, Rally Goods will offer a discounted return shipping if desired. Please indicate in your return request whether a return label is required.

A refund will be processed in 1 day upon receiving returned product(s), which will be credited back to the customer's payment account and posted in 3 - 5 business days.
